"My favorite course was "Contemporary Israel: History and Society". It was not like any class I've taken in college in that after we studied something in Israel's history we took day trips to visit the site, such as going to the Golan Heights to see where the battles took place after studying the Six Day War. As a politics major this class helped me to better understand world politics by learning more about Israel's place within the Middle East and the world."
